But, what I would like someone who wants to eat healthy or more importantly, avoid weight-gain, to do is to avoid consuming the underneath layers of the holiday foods cardio clear 7 that are usually served around the family gathering- Namely the stuffing, potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and of course all of the yummy foods that falls under the high carbohydrates meal. This will help avoid the possible weight gain.
